Across churches and denominations. trauma, addiction, leadership burnout, and relational breakdown are quietly undermining discipleship and mission. Equipping Hearts exists to address these realities at their roots—through grace-centered healing, relational discipleship, and leader formation — so that the Church can fulfill the Great Commission with health, integrity, and resilience. 

Our Approach

Founded by Ed and Maritza Khouri, Equipping Hearts integrates Biblical wisdom, trauma-informed care, and neuroscience-informed relational practices. Grace-filled transformation is not a detour from discipleship, but is essential preparation for obedience, leadership, and mission. Our work flows from the local Church outward to regional and global partnerships.
