Alive & Well Leadership Community

Every adult is a leader in some space, whether family, work, church, recreation, or community. Every leader is welcome in the Alive & Well Leadership Community (AWLC).

The AWLC provides focused practice in small group leadership, relational skills, and Life Model principles, using relational practices and exercises developed in Journey Groups and easily translated to any leadership situation. 

Live Meetings – Attend any or all meetings - three Mondays (5:00 pm CT) and three Fridays (10:00 am CT) per month. Recordings of all meetings are also available.

Membership Fees: We want our Leadership Community to be both accessible and sustainable,  so we use Community Powered Pricing. When you register, you’ll select the tier  that aligns with your current ability to contribute: Standard Rate: $70 per month; Community Supporter Rate: $90 per month; or Supported Rate: $50 per month.

2026 Focus: Joyful Community

Starting in March, 2026, we are experiencing the brand new Level 3 Journey Group Joyful Community curriculum together, led by creator and author Amy Hamilton. This 40-lesson curriculum is designed to help you build a gentle protector community, with practice in building joy and quiet, appreciation, connection with Jesus, handling difficult emotions internally and with the group, and processing life together. 

This is the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth, and we invite you to be part of building it!
