Jen Coursey

Jen is passionate about seeing everyone equipped with the 19 relational skills that have transformed her own life. As the mother of 2 active teenagers, Jen is grateful to have learned these important skills later in life as relational skills have no doubt preserved her sanity and prepared her to raise a thriving family in the midst of the ongoing demands from her family and her ministry.

Serving as the Executive Director of THRIVEtoday, Jen guides the ship and keeps the big picture in focus.

A co-creator of Thrive Premier Training alongside Chris Coursey and Dr Jim Wilder, she is a current trainer at Premier Training events. Jen is featured in our online Practice Classes, Online Courses, and is available for women's retreats and speaking events. 

She created the active Thriving Mamas blog sharing her parenting and life experiences through the lens of relational skills.
