For 30 years, Toni M. Daniels has worked in pastoral counseling, church planting, and leadership development, including 18 years in Uruguay, South America. Practicing the Life Model since 2003 and training with THRIVEtoday, PREP, Godly Play and the International Trainer's Association have all shaped the LK10 training pathway she designed as Director of LK10.
LK10 offers churches, house church networks, leaders, and parents a way of being church that nurtures secure attachment with God and each other while practicing 18 of the 19 relational brain skills, without even knowing what a brain skill is!
Toni offers hands-on, whole-brained workshops online and in person, including Church as Secure Attachment, Making Decisions Together with God, Nurturing Healthy Spirituality, The Four Ss of Effective Facilitation, and 4 Keys to Parent Fearlessly.
She holds an MA in Leadership Development and Urban Church Planting and a diploma in Spiritual Direction and Trauma Recovery. She is the author of two books and co-author of three, including Relational Revolution: 5 Shifts for Rediscovering Church as Heart-to-Heart Connection and hosts the podcast "Joy Fueled and Jesus Led."
