Leader’s Collective: Full Heart – Whole Brain: Becoming a Fearless Leader

This Leaders' Collective is co-lead by Life Model Ambassadors, Ray and Deborah Woolridge. Dr. Jim Wilder appears live several times during the year.

Time: Leader’s Collective is a year-long cohort that meets twice a month for 90-minute sessions. The exact date and time of the meetings will be curated to the schedules of accepted applicants and instructors. 

Preparation: Each session will be interactive and require spiritual, emotional, and intellectual preparation. There will be homework assignments that include reading Life Model books. You will need copies of LIving from the Heart Jesus Gave You and Transforming Fellowship (2024 edition). This is an advanced course. We recommend preparing by first taking other study groups and Life Model trainings. 

Finances: The cost of Leader’s Collective is $299/month for 12 months, however, thanks to our generous donors, we regularly offer scholarships to accepted applicants who are eager to learn and grow. 

Groups: You will be broken up into groups of three and required to meet with your sub-group regularly throughout the year. We have designed Leader’s Collectives to model the building of healthy group identity and provide the groundwork for relational sustainability and immunity to narcissism. As part of this model, each participant will also be expected to recruit three people outside the Leader’s Collective to share and process what you are learning, and five people to pray for you on your journey throughout the year.
