There's a question I keep coming back to after all the times I've read Living From the Heart Jesus Gave You: What does it actually mean to live from the heart Jesus gave you, not the one shaped by what you've survived?
I've been through this material many times. It still moves me.
Most of us grew up learning what to believe. Very few of us were taught and shown how to actually become who we were made to be.
That's the gap this book addresses. It takes maturity seriously as something the brain develops in stages, not just something you grow into by trying harder. It talks about what gets interrupted when we experience trauma, and what it looks like to keep growing anyway. It talks about spiritual family as something the soul genuinely needs, not just a metaphor.
I love sharing Living from the Heart because the conversations go somewhere reading alone can't take you. We start recognizing ourselves in the material and then in each other. Something shifts.
